Director of Operations

Kathy is a dedicated, client-focused employee benefits professional with over 30 years experience in insurance sales, retention, marketing and analysis. Kathy spent her first 10 years in the insurance industry working for a large, national insurance company. This experience in both sales and account management has given her the background needed to understand and successfully work with carriers before and after client placement.  She has worked on the broker side for the past 20 years, with experience in all aspects of quoting, renewing and selling employee benefits packages.

She is skilled in developing and maintaining strong relationships with agents and their clients. Kathy uses her experience in benefit plan options and designing benefit
offerings to help agents meet client-specific needs and market demands.

Kathy and her husband live in Lenexa, KS. They enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.  In the fall, you will find them at K-State football games watching their daughter perform with the Pride of Wildcat Land marching band.
