Course description: The instructor will first provide a very brief overview of how self-funded health plans work. Following the overview, the instructor will discuss what you can expect to find in a Claims Report, what to look for and what to do with that information. Afterward, the instructor will walk the students through several claims reports from various administrators and show the students how to read, analyze and apply the information learned.
